Remarks:
The non-IRES sequence is a part of protein coding region of rabbit 5'-UTR of beta-globin. It is located in the
mRNA in positions 668-720. The "activity" was about 17.9% of EMCV in HeLa cells (14.5% in NIH3T3 cells) and in
general, close to BiP, eIF4G, NRF, Rbm3, see Figures 1 B and C.
